Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • The exterior of the home is monitored by a doorbell Ring security camera. No cameras are pointed towards any interiors or the hot tub.

Policies and Rules

  • This home allows pets. Number of pets allowed: up to 99 (as per property data).
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: Off Road Adventures.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.).

Fees and Payments

  • Amenity fee applies to all stays at Eagles Nest homes.
  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Vehicle Requirements

  • Free parking is available.
  • AWD/4WD vehicles are required for mountain homes during winter for inclement weather. In heavy snow, chains may also be necessary to access the property. The driveway is gravel and slightly downhill as it approaches the home. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Internet is provided. Some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and other kitchen basics.
  • Laundry basics, washing machine, and clothes dryer are provided.
  • Hot tub available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
  • Hair dryer is provided.
  • Pool table is available.

Safety and Emergency Information

    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater, Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 Dollar General concept store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p, Sat & Sun 1p-7p
    • Please note, all visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
